Ting Network is owned by Dish Network. It has flexible data plans and convenient phone options to boot. The pay-as-you-go data plan is based on data usage, while in the monthly data limit plan, you pay for a limited amount of data, text, and talk time. You can opt to buy a phone from Affirm, or you can use your current phone. Ting has unlimited texting and calling, cheap international call rates, and a cheap global roaming plan.
